Infosys Powers Digital Innovation in Formula E

Formula E has teamed up with digital services and consulting expert Infosys for a three-year partnership aimed at enhancing race insights, fan engagement, and sustainability tracking. The collaboration will focus on three main areas: growing the fan base, tech innovation, and environmental stewardship.

Infosys will help Formula E achieve its goal of engaging 500 million fans by 2030 by developing an AI-driven fan data platform. This platform will allow for deeper fan engagement and personalized experiences, helping Formula E to better serve its global audience.

Using its AI-first suite called Infosys Topaz, the company aims to deliver real-time race insights and driver statistics to improve the overall viewing experience. Moreover, Infosys will support Formula E in reducing its carbon footprint by 45% by 2030 through enhanced AI-powered carbon reporting, ensuring accurate and reliable data collection and setting new standards for sustainability assessments.

Jeff Dodds, CEO of Formula E, praised Infosys for its technological expertise, stating, “Infosys is the perfect partner to help us drive the future of electric motorsport. We’re thrilled to work together to offer exceptional experiences for our global fans and reinforce our position as leaders in sustainable, digital-first sports.
