Autotronics: Bridging the Gap Between Reality and Virtuality

This year’s Ampa event, Taiwan’s leading automobile and motorcycle parts and accessories show, is set to take place both in-person and online. The physical trade show will run from April 14-17, while the virtual event, Ampa Online, will be available from April 7 to May 6. This dual format aims to help global exhibitors grow their business.

Over 400 exhibitors are participating, including well-known names like Tesla suppliers Taya Electric, Fukuta Electric, and KS Terminals, as well as Thailand’s PTT Oil, Mahle, Texas Instruments, and Protec. The event will highlight Asia’s expanding market.

Last year’s online edition attracted over 10,000 viewers, with 48,000 views on live-stream forums and other content. Exhibitors had the chance to showcase their products uniquely and offer a behind-the-scenes look at their operations. Viewers from key automotive markets such as the USA, Japan, and Korea, along with emerging markets in Southeast Asia and Eastern Europe, tuned in. Additionally, more than 7,700 viewers from Taiwan engaged with international participants during online events.

This year’s Ampa Online will feature virtual booths, online product catalogs, direct chatting capabilities, and other services, providing more opportunities for business expansion in Asia. Exhibitors will gain an extra month to promote their products and interact with buyers attending the in-person show from April 14 to 17.

For those interested in exhibiting, more information can be found on the Ampa website. To visit Ampa Online, you can register through a provided link, which includes steps to pre-register by signing up as a free Taitra member and verifying your account via email.
