Embedded World Rescheduled for June

The Embedded World conference in Nuremberg has been rescheduled to June 21-23, 2022, from its original March dates. This change comes in response to requests from many exhibitors, aiming to give all participants better planning certainty.

Since September 2021, Nuremberg’s exhibition center has been hosting events with stringent hygiene measures, receiving positive feedback and responsible participation from attendees. Nürnberg Messe, the event organizer, is focused on catering to the specific needs of its customers and industries. Due to the ongoing uncertainties surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic, different events require different approaches.

Benedikt Weyerer, the executive director of Embedded World, explained, “By deciding early to move Embedded World 2022 to summer, we are respecting the wishes of many exhibitors and allowing confident planning. We are thankful for the constructive discussions with industry reps that supported this decision. We look forward to welcoming the global embedded community in Nuremberg from June 21 to 23 next year.”

The conference will run alongside the exhibition as usual. Conference chairman Axel Sikora noted, “The Embedded World conference will showcase the latest research and development. Attendees can expect discussions on new trends and critical issues, such as Risc-V, chip supply challenges, AI, open-source, and secure connectivity. This event brings together top thinkers who are shaping future innovations.”
