Revamped JEDEC JEP30 Standards: Essential Part Modeling Guidelines for Seamless Chiplet Integration
JEDEC has just updated its JEP30 Part Model Guidelines, adding some new reference documents and XML Schema files.
In partnership with the Open Compute Project Foundation (OCP), JEDEC has integrated features from OCP’s Chiplet Data Extensible Markup Language (CDXML) into these guidelines, blending their respective standards and technologies.
