JEDEC has just rolled out an updated version of its JEP30 Part Model Guidelines, which now comes with new reference documents and related XML Schema files.
In partnership with the Open Compute Project Foundation (OCP), JEDEC has merged the features and open standards of OCP’s Chiplet Data Extensible Markup Language (CDXML) into the JEP30 Guidelines.
